Education and Early Career
Olga Aleksandrovna Samoilova was born in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. She graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy in 2002, earning specializations in Therapy, Orthopedics, and Healthcare. From 2002 to 2003, she worked as a medical intern and physician at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Dental Clinic.
Private Practice
From 2003 to 2007, Dr. Samoilova practiced in private clinics in Dnipropetrovsk. In 2007, she became Head of Department and Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs at the Implantation Center in Kyiv.
Leadership and Clinical Roles
In 2015, Dr. Samoilova joined the Interdisciplinary Dental Center named after Yu. V. Opanyasyuk in Kyiv as a Dentist-Therapist, Dentist-Orthopedist, and Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs. She also became Director of Status Dent LLC in Kyiv in 2015.
Public Service and Social Activism
Since 2007, Dr. Samoilova has initiated several targeted assistance projects for socially vulnerable citizens in Kyiv. She has developed proposals for healthcare system reform, medical education, and improving access to healthcare services. She also participates in animal welfare organizations.
Political Career
Dr. Samoilova is a member of the Servant of the People party. She was elected to the Ukrainian Parliament in 2019. She is currently a healthcare expert and social activist, and an active member of the Public Union "Dentists of Ukraine."
Television
Since 2019, Dr. Samoilova has been the author and host of a TV program focused on disease prevention, which airs on Channel 8.
