Early Life and Education

Born in Dnipropetrovsk on March 6, 1980, Oleg Dunda graduated from Dnipropetrovsk Technical School of Welding and Electronics in 1999, specializing in software system engineering. His practical diploma thesis focused on creating software for calculating electronic device reliability. In 2001, he earned a degree in Finance from the State Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Management Staff and Specialists of the Metallurgical Complex in Dnipro. Dunda's diploma thesis examined the development of financial instruments for managing non-performing loans in commercial banks.

Political Career

Parliamentary Elections and Committee Membership

Dunda ran for parliament as a candidate from the "Servant of the People" party in the 2019 parliamentary elections. He successfully secured the seat in electoral district № 91, representing areas in Kyiv and surrounding districts. In parliament, he became a member of the Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development, and Urban Planning. Dunda also chairs the subcommittee on construction and design.

Inter-parliamentary Cooperation

Dunda is an active participant in inter-parliamentary friendship groups, maintaining ties with France, the Baltic countries, the Czech Republic, and Luxembourg.

Oleg Dunda has authored several legislative initiatives, including:

Amendments to Ukrainian laws regarding the legal status of Ukrainian citizens with foreign citizenship (subjecthood)

Defense of National Security

Dunda initiated a petition to the Parliament Speaker to include the following resolutions on the agenda:

Deprivation of parliamentary mandates for MPs from the "Opposition Platform - For Life" (OPZZ)

Bill № 7476 on revoking the mandates of local council deputies from banned parties (OPZZ, Shariy's Party, "Nashi," etc.)

He co-authored a bill prohibiting candidates from banned parties from running for parliament or local councils.

Ukraine's Reconstruction

Dunda is actively involved in developing Ukraine's post-invasion reconstruction program. He advocates for local community empowerment, direct cooperation with Western investors, and rebuilding efforts supported by the international community.
