After graduating from the law faculty of the Belarusian State University in 1990, he embarked on a career in law enforcement and judiciary. He served as an investigator for the prosecutor's office and a judge in the Moscow district court of Brest.
Government Positions
From 1995 to 2003, he held the position of First Deputy Head and Head of the Justice Department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee. In March 2003, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
Director of the National Center for Legal Information
On August 29, 2006, he was appointed Director of the National Center for Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus by Presidential Decree No. 545. In this role, he is responsible for providing access to legal information and promoting legal awareness in Belarus.
