Biography of Olesia Stefanko
Olesia Stefanko is a Ukrainian beauty pageant titleholder and model. She was born in Kovalivka, Ukraine, and completed her education at the Kolomyia Economics and Law College of the Kyiv National Trade and Economic University. She also studied at the Institute of Prosecution and Investigation at the National University "Odesa Law Academy".
Beauty Pageant Success
In 2011, Olesia Stefanko won the Miss Ukraine Universe competition, which made her the representative of Ukraine at the Miss Universe 2011 pageant held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She achieved the second place in the Miss Universe competition, earning the title of "First Runner-Up".
Modeling Career
Since 2009, Olesia Stefanko has been collaborating with the modeling agency Art-Podium. As part of her contract, she spent three months in Milan. In 2014, she moved to New York City to pursue her modeling career and is currently working as a model while studying art history.
Personal Life
In September 2016, Olesia Stefanko married Sergei Alyseenko, an IT specialist from Belarus. Olesia Stefanko comes from a close-knit family. Her father, Mikhail Vasilievich Stefanko, is a repairman at the "Metkabel" factory in Kovalivka. Her mother, Anna Yurievna Stefanko (nee Vekliuk), unfortunately passed away. Olesia has an older sister named Tatiana, who is a nurse and lives with her husband and two children in Myshino.
Achievements
Olesia Stefanko's biggest achievement is being crowned Miss Ukraine Universe 2011 and being the first runner-up in the Miss Universe 2011 pageant. She proudly represented Ukraine and achieved the highest ranking ever for a Ukrainian representative in the Miss Universe competition.
