Early Life and FamilyOliver Rutledge Hudson, an American actor, was born in 1976 in Los Angeles. He is the son of famous comedic actress Goldie Hawn and grew up in a family deeply involved in the entertainment industry. After his parents' divorce, Oliver's mother formed a close friendship with actor Kurt Russell, who became a father figure to Oliver and his sister, Kate Hudson. Oliver and Kate also consider Russell's son, Wyatt Russell, as their brother.
Education and Early Career
Oliver attended the University of Colorado, where he studied film. After graduating, he returned to Los Angeles and attended acting workshops while also going to auditions.
