Born on July 23, 1973, in Brooklyn, USA, Omar Epps is a talented actor and composer known in the United States. He was raised by a single mother who worked as a school director. She was strict but fair and was the first to notice Omar's numerous creative talents. At the age of ten, Omar wrote his first screenplay. He attended the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, where he honed his acting skills. In addition to his stage talent, Omar also possessed a musical gift and formed a rap group called "Wolfpak" with his brother before his acting career began.
