Education and Career
Andriy Shypaylo is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and politician. He graduated from Lviv Ivan Franko National University with a degree in Business Administration and Legal Regulation of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
Prior to entering politics, Shypaylo served as the director of Karpatbud Development LLC and its subsidiary Lviv Energy. He also held leadership positions in various companies throughout his career.
Political Career
In the 2019 parliamentary elections, Shypaylo ran as a candidate for the Servant of the People party and was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine.
Within the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's parliament), Shypaylo serves as a member of the Committee on Energy and Public Utilities and the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Nuclear Energy and Nuclear Safety.
Committees and Delegation
Shypaylo is also a member of the group for inter-parliamentary relations with the United States of America and the Republic of Korea.
