Early Life and Education
Rashid Gaysanov was born on September 17, 1972, in Gamurzievo village, Nazran district, Chechen-Ingush ASSR. He pursued his higher education in Russia, graduating from Rostov Institute of National Economy in 1993 with a degree in finance and economics.
Career in Banking
Upon graduating, Gaysanov returned to Nazran and worked as an auditor for the Ingush branch of SberBank RF. From 1994 to 1998, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commercial Bank "Erzi."
Rapid Career Advancement
Gaysanov's career took a rapid turn in 1998 when he held various positions, including Deputy Head of the Ingush Bank of SberBank RF, Assistant to a member of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and President of the Republic of Ingushetia Ruslan Aushev.
Minister of Economy
In 1999, at the age of 27, Gaysanov became the youngest Minister of Economy in Russia. He was recognized for his contributions to strengthening friendship and socioeconomic cooperation among Russian Federation entities, receiving the Certificate of Honor from the "North Caucasus" association in 2003.
Government Service
From 2006, Gaysanov worked in the apparatus of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Southern Federal District. In 2008, he became Deputy, and later Director, of the Department of Investment Programs and Projects in the Republic of Ingushetia.
Prime Minister of Ingushetia
Following the recommendation of newly-appointed President Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, on November 14, 2008, Gaysanov was elected by parliament as Prime Minister of the Republic of Ingushetia.
Personal Life
Rashid Gaysanov is married and has four children. He is known for his ambition, responsibility, and education, always striving for excellence.
