Early Beginnings

In 2001, Andrey was a member of a band in Ramenskoye, playing for a year and a half before forming his own group. The original lineup featured Sebych on vocals and guitar, Petrovich on bass, and an acquaintance on drums. However, due to scheduling conflicts, the drummer was replaced by Petya, who had experience playing in a Moscow blues band. Anton joined as the new bassist, and the band performed several concerts.

The Genesis of "Dreams" and Songwriting

In June 2002, the band, then consisting of Sebych and Petrovich, worked on the song "Dreams." They gradually developed it into a coherent piece, inspiring Petrovich to contribute lyrics. Sebych composed music and additional lyrics, resulting in a collection of nine songs by the time of their first concert.

Instrument Acquisition and Development

The band initially used limited equipment, including drums, a Ural guitar, a Trio Distortion2 pedal, a Colores bass guitar, and unreliable cables. Sebych upgraded his guitar and purchased a more powerful distortion pedal. Petya lent his bass to a friend, but Anton acquired a new bass to keep the band progressing.

Rehearsal Bases and Setbacks

Rehearsals took place in Petrovich's garage during the summer. As the weather cooled, the band found shelter with another band in their rehearsal space, where they played regularly. However, Andrey misplaced all his guitar cables and accessories. Fortunately, a woman found his lost items within a week.

Transition and New Beginnings

In February 2003, the band acquired new rehearsal space, significantly improving their sound quality. In January 2004, several members left the group. They recruited new members, including Mikhail (Sterv) Kirill, Svetlana Puzacova, Alexander (Sanek) Ryzhov, and Pyotr (Petrovich) Akromov, resulting in a change of name to "Razdvoenie Edinovo."
