Early Life and Career

Born and raised in Paraguay, Gamarra began his football journey with Sportivo Limpeño and later joined Libertad's youth academy. He made his professional debut for Libertad on November 18, 2008, in a league match against Tacuary.

Club Career

Since his debut, Gamarra has been an integral part of Libertad's success, winning the 2008 Clausura title. In 2009, he made his Copa Libertadores debut against Universitario de Deportes. His breakthrough came on May 20, 2009, when he scored two goals against 12 de Octubre. He ended that year with an impressive record of 35 league appearances and 8 goals, helping Libertad finish as runners-up in both the Apertura and Clausura tournaments.
