Biography of Ruslan Kazakbaev

Kyrgyz State Official

Ruslan Kazakbaev is a Kyrgyz state official who has served in various diplomatic roles throughout his career. He has held positions such as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, and Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Education

In 1991, Kazakbaev graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. He later obtained a law degree from the Kyrgyz State National University in 2002. In 2004, he completed his studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Career

From 1995 to 1996, Kazakbaev worked as the Third Secretary and later the Second Secretary of the Consular Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. He then served as Vice Consul at the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul, Turkey from 1999 to 2005.

In January 2009, Kazakbaev became the Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul. He held this position until October of the same year. From April 2010 to September 2012, he served as the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On April 15, 2010, Kazakbaev was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, a position he held until September 6, 2012. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the government of the Kyrgyz Republic, representing the country's interests on the international stage.
