Early Life and Academic Background

Ruslan Tagiev was born on December 8, 1971, in Moscow. In 1995, he earned a degree from the K.E. Tsiolkovsky Russian State Technological University (MATI).

Initiation in Market Research

From 1990 to 1992, Tagiev held various positions within the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM), starting as an interviewer and rising to the role of Moscow field manager.

International Exposure and Expertise

In 1993-94, Tagiev participated in educational programs in data processing and media research at Pulse Train (UK) and Gallup A/S (Denmark).

Joining the TNS Group

In 1994, Tagiev joined TNS Gallup Media, now part of the TNS Russia group of companies. Since then, he has held the position of Media Research Director.

Leadership Roles

In 2002, Tagiev was appointed General Director of TNS Gallup AdFact, in addition to his role at TNS Gallup Media.
