Scott Gregory Marlowe, an American actor, was born in 1932 in Los Angeles, California. He began his career in the film industry in 1954 with the movie "Attila," directed by Pietro Francisci, where he acted alongside Sophia Loren. Over the next decade, Marlowe's filmography grew to include more than two dozen films and TV series.

Marlowe's early career was marked by his involvement in both films and television series. In addition to his film roles, he also appeared in TV shows such as "G.E. True Theater," where future US President Ronald Reagan played the lead role.

Tab Hunter, in his autobiography, disclosed that he had a romantic relationship with Marlowe. However, it is also known that Marlowe had a romantic relationship with actress Natalie Wood. Despite his relationships, Marlowe never married and did not have any children. At the time of his death, he was considering a role in a film alongside Tom Hanks.
