Franck Kessié is an Ivorian and French professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Al-Nassr.
Early Career: Lorient and Manchester City
Kessié began his youth career at Lorient. During the 2012/2013 season, he made 10 appearances and scored once for Lorient's reserve team. In 2013, he joined Manchester City.
Loan Spells: Fulham and Bastia
In November 2014, Kessié was sent on a season-and-a-half loan to Fulham. He made his Fulham debut against Brighton & Hove Albion and scored his only goal for the club against Huddersfield Town in March 2015.
In July 2015, he went on a one-year loan to Bastia, where he debuted against Rennes.
Transfer to Udinese
In June 2016, Kessié transferred to Udinese for a fee of €3.5 million.
International Career: France and Ivory Coast
Kessié initially represented France at youth levels, participating in the 2012 UEFA European Under-17 Championship. In April 2017, he opted to play for Ivory Coast's national team alongside Maxwel Cornet.
