Sergiy Haidai: Ukrainian Politician and Leader

Education and Career Beginnings

Sergiy Haidai was born in Ukraine and graduated from Khmelnytskyi Economic University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit in 2014. Five years later, he obtained a Master's degree in Public Management and Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with honors.

From 2000 to 2015, Haidai held managerial positions in private companies in Kyiv. In 2005, he became the General Director of LLC "Dembud."

Political Journey

Haidai began his political career in 2008 as an assistant to Kyiv City Council member Oleksiy Reznik. From 2014 to 2015, he served as an advisor to the head of Obukhiv District State Administration in Kyiv Oblast.

In 2015, Haidai was elected as a deputy of the Mukachevo District Council, where he remained until 2018. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Chairman of the Mukachevo District State Administration, leaving the post as an independent politician.

Leadership in Luhansk Oblast

On October 25, 2019, Haidai was appointed Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, succeeding Vitaliy Komarnitskyi. In this role, he oversees the governance of the Luhansk region, which includes coordination with the military, infrastructure development, and humanitarian aid management.

Haidai has received numerous awards and distinctions, including:

Personal Life

Sergiy Haidai is unmarried and has a daughter named Ksenia.
