Early Life and Education
Oleksandr Koloboshin was born in Ukraine and attended Odessa National University named after I. I. Mechnikov, where he earned a degree in Physics. He is also proficient in English.
Teaching Career
Koloboshin began his career as a physics teacher. He served as a laboratory assistant in a physics classroom (1999-2000) and taught at the Richelieu Lyceum in Odessa (2000-2009). From 2009 to 2017, he was the director of the Ovidiopol Comprehensive School of I-III Levels.
Political Career
Koloboshin's political involvement began in 2006 when he ran for the Odessa Regional Council as a candidate from the Our Ukraine Bloc. He served as a deputy of the Ovidiopol District Council from 2015 to 2019, representing the Agrarian Party.
In 2019, Koloboshin became a candidate for the Ukrainian Parliament from the Servant of the People party in electoral district No. 140. At the time of his election, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration and a non-partisan.
Current Role
In the current Ukrainian Parliament, Koloboshin serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, and Innovation. He is also the Chairman of the Odessa Regional Organization of the Servant of the People party.
