Shannon Stewart, also known as Shannon Ratliff, was born in 1984 in Franklin, Ohio. She gained fame by participating in the 7th season of the national show 'America's Next Top Model'. Before that, in 2005, Shannon finished as the second runner-up in the 'Miss Ohio' beauty pageant.
Early Career
Shannon started her modeling career after being discovered on 'America's Next Top Model'. Despite initially being one of the bottom two contestants in the first week, she managed to impress the judges and became a fan favorite. However, her journey on the show was cut short due to her refusal to participate in a nude photoshoot, along with another contestant. Many believe that if she had agreed to do the shoot, Shannon could have won the competition.
Modeling Success
Although Shannon didn't win 'America's Next Top Model', her career as a model took off successfully. She signed contracts with 'Elite Models' in Chicago and worked with 'Major Model Management'. They reside in Indiana and Shannon decided to add her husband's surname to her own, becoming Shannon Ratliff. She has been vocal about her commitment to her faith, abstaining from alcohol, smoking, and promoting abstinence until marriage.
