Early Life and Career
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Greek immigrants, Halkias honed his comedic skills at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). During his time at UMBC, he hosted a monthly comedy showcase. His early success earned him the title of Baltimore's New Comedian of the Year in 2012.
New York City Breakthrough
Relocating to New York City, Halkias became a regular guest on radio and podcast shows. He gained recognition for his appearances on Adult Swim, IFC, and MSG Network's "People Talking Sports and Other Stuff." Feature appearances on Comedy Central's "Stand Up Feature," "Life Fails," and "Sex Fails" further solidified his comedic prowess.
