Early Life and Education
Born in Ukraine, this politician completed her secondary education at Lozovskaya OOSH No. 4 in 2000. She then pursued a degree in Law at the Kharkiv Automobile-Road Technical College, graduating in 2003 with the qualification of a lawyer. She furthered her education at the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav Mudry, obtaining a second law degree in 2009. In 2020, she earned a Master's degree in Public Administration and Administration from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
Professional Experience
Her professional journey began as a senior secretary at the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Kharkiv from 2003 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2014, she served as the secretary and printer in the rector's office of the National Law University named after Yaroslav Mudry.
In addition to her duties as a secretary, she also worked as a legal department head at "Agroprom AV" LLC from 2011 to 2014. From 2012 to 2020, she held the positions of junior and senior research fellow at the Research Institute of Legal Support of Innovative Development of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
Career in Justice and Administration
Her career in the justice system began in 2014 as a chief specialist in the department of state registration of rights to real estate at the Kharkiv city justice department. She later became the head of the department and the head of the registration service at the Lozovsky city and district justice department. From 2015 to 2017, she served as the head of the department of state registration of civil status acts in Kharkiv.
From 2017 to 2019, she held various positions within the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Kharkiv, including Deputy Head and Head of the Department of State Registration. In December 2017, she became the Director of the Department of Judicial Work and Bankruptcy of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Political Career
In October 2020, she was elected as a deputy to the Kharkiv Regional Council VIII convocation from the Servant of the People party. In August 2021, she assumed the role of Head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, a position she currently holds.
Academic Achievements
Her academic accomplishments include a PhD in law earned in 2020 and a Doctor of Law degree obtained in 2016. She is an active researcher and has published extensively in the field of law.
