Early Life and Education

Tatul Norayrovich Manaserian was born on April 14, 1960, in Yerevan, Armenia. In 1984, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Kyiv State University.

Academic Career

Manaserian is a renowned economist with a Doctorate in Economic Sciences and a Professorship title. He has taught at universities in Armenia and abroad since 1983.

Professional Experience

Manaserian's professional career spans various sectors:

- 1984-1989: Head of a Scientific Group at the Armenian Branch of the USSR State Planning Committee's Research Institute for Planning and Standards

- 1989-1990: Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
