Early Life and Education
Dito Tsintsadze, a renowned Georgian filmmaker, was born on March 20, 1948, in the mountainous village of Choluri, Svaneti, Georgia. After graduating from the directing department of the Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi Theatre Institute in 1979, he became a member of the Adam and Eve studio at Georgia-Film under the mentorship of Tengiz Abuladze and Irakli Kvirikadze.
