Bishop and Archbishop

From March 25, 1997, to June 30, 1997, they acted as Coadjutor Bishop of Saint-Paul. Subsequently, they served as Bishop of Saint-Paul from June 30, 1997, to February 18, 1999. From February 18, 1999, to June 7, 1999, they held the position of Coadjutor Archbishop of Edmonton. On June 7, 1999, they became Archbishop of Edmonton, serving until December 16, 2006. During this period, they also held the role of Apostolic Administrator of Saint-Paul from March 16, 2001, to September 8, 2001.

Archbishop of Toronto

On December 16, 2006, the individual was appointed Archbishop of Toronto. They have served in this role since then.
