Early Life and FamilyThomas Kwok was born in Hong Kong in 1951, the son of business magnate Kwok Tak Seng and Kwong Siu-hing. His elder brother is Walter Kwok, while Raymond Kwok is his younger brother.

Thomas Kwok holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Imperial College London. He serves as Co-Chairman and Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties, alongside his brother Raymond. The Kwok brothers inherited the company upon their father's death in 1990.
