Vincent Lo or Lo Hong Shui is a Hong Kong-based businessman and the Chairman of Shui On Group, a property and construction materials conglomerate. Born in 1948, Lo's entrepreneurial journey began with a modest loan of $16,700 from his property tycoon father.

In 1971, Lo founded Shui On Group, a construction and property development company primarily operating in Hong Kong and China.
