Early Years and Club Career

Mohammed Al-Deayea emerged from the youth ranks of Al-Ettifaq Club in Dammam, where he began his professional career in 1993. After several successful seasons, he joined Al-Ahli Jeddah in 2000. During his tenure there until 2004, Al-Deayea lifted several trophies, including the Saudi Federation Cup twice and the Saudi Crown Prince Cup, Prince Faisal bin Fahad Tournament for Arab Clubs, and Gulf Club Champions Cup.

In late 2004, Al-Deayea moved to Al-Khaleej in the Saudi First Division. However, his stay was brief, and he soon signed for Al-Ittihad Jeddah in 2005. With Al-Ittihad, he achieved his first Saudi Premier League title in 2007 and reached the final of the Saudi Champions Cup inaugural edition in 2008.
