Childhood and Education
Dinmukhamed Kydyraliev was born in 1893 in Sirdarya Oblast, now Zhalagash District, Kyzylorda Oblast, Kazakhstan. His early life and education are not known.
Early Career
In 1918, Kydyraliev began his career as a primary school teacher. From 1929 to 1930, he served as deputy chairman of the Kyzyl-Orda District Executive Committee.
Agricultural Administration
From 1930 to 1943, Kydyraliev headed district land departments and worked as the director of a machine and tractor station (MTS) in Kyzyl-Orda and Chimkent Oblasts. His expertise in agriculture was recognized.
Political and Civic Involvement
Kydyraliev was actively involved in political and civic life. He was elected as a member of the Sirdarya, Kazaly, and Kyzyl-Orda party committees and as a deputy in the Kyzyl-Orda Oblast Council and the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.
Chairmanship and Economic Development
From 1943 to 1952, Kydyraliev served as chairman of executive committees of the Sirdarya and Kazaly District Councils of Working People. In 1952-1954, he held leadership roles in the Kyzyl-Orda Oblast Executive Committee. From 1954 to 1959, he was chairman of the Kirov Collective Farm in Sirdarya District, where he promoted economic development.
Construction and Public Works
From 1959 to 1960, Kydyraliev was the head of the construction department in collective farms for the oblast executive committee. He played a crucial role in infrastructure and public works projects.
