Early Career and Debut

Ulks Kottri began his football journey with Vllaznia's youth team in his hometown of Shkodër. He eventually joined the first team and made his Albanian Superliga debut on November 29, 1992, against KS Tomori. In that match, he scored the final goal in a 3-0 victory.

Club Career in Europe

During the 1995/96 season, Kottri played for FC Kärnten in Austria's First League. Later, he joined Energie Cottbus in Germany and had brief stints with FC Tavriya Simferopol in Ukraine and Otago United in New Zealand.

Return to Vllaznia

Kottri returned to Vllaznia several times throughout his career. During his second stint, he helped the team win the Albanian Superliga championship in the 2000/01 season. He also contributed to Vllaznia's Albanian Cup victory in the 2007/08 season.

International Career

Kottri made his debut for Albania's under-21 team in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying matches in 1998. He also played three matches for the senior national team between 1998 and 1999.

Post-Playing Career

After retiring from professional football, Kottri became a licensed FIFA football agent.
