Early Life and Training
Una Hale was born in Australia and initially pursued her vocal studies at the Royal College of Music in London. She began her operatic career in 1946, joining the Carl Rosa Opera Company.
Royal Opera House Debut
In 1954, Hale made her debut at the prestigious Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, as a leading soprano. She quickly established herself as a renowned performer, known for her lyrical voice and dramatic presence.
