Honorary President of the Ukrainian Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation

Since 2013, Vadim Vladimirovich Kisel has served as Honorary President of the Ukrainian Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation. Prior to that, he held the position of President from 2009 to December 2013.

Educational Background

Kisel graduated from the National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine in 1993, earning a degree in Coaching.

Sporting Accomplishments

Kisel is a Master of Sports of the USSR in Greco-Roman wrestling. He holds the title of Honored Coach of Ukraine in Greco-Roman wrestling and is a member of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.

Religious Recognition

Kisel was awarded the Order of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church "Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Volodymyr the Great" (1st and 2nd degree) in 1995 and 1998, respectively. He also received the Order "1020 Years of the Baptism of Kievan Rus'" in 2000 for his contributions to the renovation of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, the Holy Assumption Zimnensky Monastery, and the construction of the Holy Protection Monastery in the Goloseevsky Desert.

Collaboration with the Security Service of Ukraine

Kisel was awarded the Badge of Honor of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) for his assistance in providing support to children of SBU employees who died in the line of duty.

National Olympic Committee Member

On October 7, 2010, Kisel was elected to the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine for the 2011-2014 term.
