Education and Early Career

Vasyl Havrylyuk was born in Ukraine and graduated with honors from the Yaroslav Higher Anti-Aircraft Missile School in June 1991, earning a degree in Radio Engineering. He went on to obtain a second higher education in Economics from the Kyiv National Economic University in September 2000.

Business Ventures

In September 2000, Havrylyuk became the General Director of the Poltava Regional Subsidiary of the State Joint-Stock Company "Khlib Ukrainy". He also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Poltava Bakery since 2000, where he oversaw the development of the successful "Zhyvyi Khlib" trademark.

Political Career

Havrylyuk's political career began in 1998 when he was elected to the Kremenchuk State Council. In 2002, he was elected to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Ukraine's parliament) as a member of the 147th single-mandate constituency, representing Kremenchuk. He served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada's Committee on Regulations, Deputy Ethics, and Organization of Work.

Third Force Political Party

In 2005, Havrylyuk founded the "Third Force" political party with the support of the public and business representatives. The party advocates for a balance between state regulation and private enterprise, social welfare, and economic growth.
