Early Years and Formation

In the vibrant city of Vinnytsia, Ukraine, the seeds of a musical phenomenon were sown in the spring of 2005. Graduates of the Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University united to form the band "TIK." The original lineup consisted of:

Viktor Bronyuk - Vocals, Bayan

Denys Repey - Bass
Kostyantyn Tерера - Guitar
Oleksandr Filinkov - Drums

With the support of producer Oleh Zbarashchuk, the band embarked on their journey. Their first performance in Vinnytsia, before an audience of a thousand, marked the unofficial birthdate of "TIK."

Record Deal and Debut Album

Fate intervened when a demo recording reached the hands of Vitaliy Telezin, renowned Ukrainian sound producer known for his work with "VV," "Okean Elzy," and others. Impressed by their talent, Telezin offered "TIK" a chance to record at his "211" studio.

In 2006, the band underwent a significant lineup change. Repey and Tереra departed, making way for Sergey Fedchishin on bass, Zhenya Zykov on keyboards, and Yan Nikitchuk on trumpet. This new lineup made its debut on May 26, 2006, in Zhytomyr.

Collaborating with Belarusian band "Lyapis Trubetskoy," the band recorded the hit song "Oleni." Their debut album, "LiterADYRA," followed shortly after, showcasing songs that had captivated audiences in various Ukrainian cities.

Rise to Fame and National Recognition

With the release of their debut album in 2007, "TIK" exploded onto the Ukrainian music scene. Their infectious melodies and energetic performances earned them a massive following. The album spawned hits like "Teacher" and "April."

National Tours and International Collaborations

The band embarked on a series of sold-out tours, captivating crowds across Ukraine. Their performances extended beyond Ukraine's borders, with notable appearances in Poland and at renowned festivals.

Through their music, the band promoted Ukrainian culture and identity. They released songs like "Helen's Fables" and "Quiet," which became anthems for a generation of Ukrainians.

Collaborations with other artists, such as Irina Bilyk and the vocal group "Picardiyskaya Tertsiya," showcased the band's versatility and the broad appeal of their music.

Support for Ukraine in Times of Crisis

In recent years, "TIK" has used their platform to support Ukraine during challenging times. They released poignant songs like "The Smell of War" and "Love Your Ukraine," expressing their patriotism and solidarity with the Ukrainian people.

Continued Success and Future Projects

Despite the ongoing challenges facing Ukraine, "TIK" remains a force in the music industry. The band continues to tour extensively, releasing new albums and captivating audiences with their vibrant and uplifting performances. Their music continues to inspire and unite Ukrainians both at home and abroad.
