Biography of Viktor Korolev

Born on July 26, 1961 in the city of Tayshet, Irkutsk Oblast, Viktor Korolev is a Russian singer and actor. He grew up in a disciplined environment, always striving for excellence in both academics and personal appearance. After completing his ninth grade, Korolev attended the Kaluga Music School, specializing in piano.

During his time at the music school, Korolev developed a passion for the arts and was surrounded by talented individuals who inspired him. He graduated with honors and had a promising career in music ahead of him. However, his path took a turn when he applied to the Theater Institute named after M.S. Shchepkin in 1981 and was not accepted. As a result, he was called to serve in the Soviet Army, where he played in the army orchestra and enjoyed the privileges of being a musician.

After completing his military service, Korolev enrolled in the Theater Institute and described those years as the "golden years" of his life. He had the opportunity to learn from renowned artists and developed a passion for French language, painting, literature, and history. The Theater Institute provided him with a vast knowledge of culture and art, as well as honing his acting skills.

Following his graduation from the Theater Institute, Korolev joined the musical theater under the guidance of Yuri Sherling. It was during this time that he discovered his love for musical theater and the combination of theater, music, and entertainment. However, after seven months, he left the theater before their first performance.

Korolev then ventured into the world of cinema and starred in several films, including "Battle of Three Kings," "Silhouette in the Window Across," and "Playing Zombies." He also released his vinyl record, "Broadway on Tverskaya." In 1992, he received an invitation from Romanian television to participate in the International Song Festival "Golden Deer" in Brasov, where he was awarded a diploma.

Throughout the years, Korolev recorded various songs and albums, showcasing his talent as a singer. Some of his notable albums include "Bazaar-Train," "Love Wretched," "Drunk Cherry," and "Chosen." His career reached new heights with the release of his animated music video "Bazaar-Train," which became a turning point in his creative life.

Since 1997, Korolev has experienced a wave of success, captivating audiences with his music. His songs have resonated with listeners, bringing joy and happiness to many. He has continued to release albums, including "White Lilac," "Stolen Night," and "Hello, Guests."
