Born on July 26, 1961 in the city of Tayshet, Irkutsk Oblast, Viktor Korolev is a Russian singer and actor. He grew up in a disciplined environment, always striving for excellence in both academics and personal appearance. After completing his ninth grade, Korolev attended the Kaluga Music School, specializing in piano.

During his time at the music school, Korolev developed a passion for the arts and was surrounded by talented individuals who inspired him. He graduated with honors and had a promising career in music ahead of him. However, his path took a turn when he applied to the Theater Institute named after M.S. Shchepkin in 1981 and was not accepted. As a result, he was called to serve in the Soviet Army, where he played in the army orchestra and enjoyed the privileges of being a musician.

After completing his military service, Korolev enrolled in the Theater Institute and described those years as the "golden years" of his life. He had the opportunity to learn from renowned artists and developed a passion for French language, painting, literature, and history.
