Early Life and Education
Andriy Kozyuk was born in Ukraine and earned a degree in Finance from Dnipropetrovsk State University (1998-2003). He continued his education at Yaroslav Mudryi Kharkiv Law Academy, where he obtained a degree in Law (2008). Kozyuk also completed the graduate program for senior executives at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2008-2011).
Early Career
Kozyuk began his career as an advisor on economic affairs at the Ukrainian Institute for Designing Metallurgical Plants (2001-2004). He later held positions as an assistant for energy at the Makarov Machine-Building Plant (2004-2005) and deputy general director for development and innovation (2005-2009).
Political Career
In 2006, Kozyuk ran for parliament as a candidate for the Vecher party but was unsuccessful. He was appointed deputy general manager of the National Space Agency of Ukraine (2009-2010) and advisor to the general directors of Ukrspetsexport (2011-2012) and Ukroboronprom (2012-2013).
Kozyuk became a member of the Verkhovna Rada in November 2014, representing the Self Reliance party. He served as deputy chairman of the Committee on Budget and was a member of the non-partisan group.
Other Roles
Kozyuk has also been active in academia. He has taught at the National University of Physical Education and Sports since 2013. Additionally, he has served as an advisor to several government ministries, including the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Industries.
