Early Career
Vitalii Havrysh began his professional football career on May 18, 2003, for Desna Chernihiv in a match against Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk.
Loan to Stal Alchevsk
In 2007, Havrysh transferred to Metalurh Donetsk but was immediately loaned to Stal Alchevsk. However, Stal was relegated to the First League after finishing 15th in the Ukrainian Premier League that season.
Return to Metalurh Donetsk and Career in Alexandria
Havrysh returned to Metalurh Donetsk in 2008 but played only two matches. In 2012, he moved to Oleksandriya and debuted for the club on March 3 against Volyn Lutsk. He scored his first goal for Oleksandriya on April 8 in a victory against Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih. Oleksandriya was relegated to the First League during Havrysh's tenure.
Transfer to Metalurh Zaporizhya
Havrysh joined Metalurh Zaporizhya on February 2, 2013, and made his debut on March 2 against Illichivets Mariupol. He scored his first goal for the club on December 7, 2014, against Illichivets.
Stint at Hoverla and Move to Zirka
In October 2015, Havrysh played for Hoverla in a Premier League match against Zorya Luhansk. In the summer of 2016, he transferred to Zirka Kropyvnytskyi and debuted on July 22.
Departure from Zirka and Arrival at Kolos
After the appointment of Dario Drudi as Zirka's coach, Havrysh was no longer included in the team. He was offered a position in the reserves but opted to terminate his contract and join Kolos Kovalivka in the First League. He debuted and scored for Kolos on October 2, 2016, against Arsenal Kyiv.
