Early Life and Career

Vitaliy Godulyan is a Ukrainian football referee who was born and raised in Odessa.

Personal Life

He is married to Natalya since 2022.
Refereeing Career

Godulyan became a FIFA referee in 2001 and was involved in numerous post-match scandals throughout his career. These controversies primarily occurred in matches involving the football clubs "Dynamo" (Kyiv) and "Metalist" [source not specified for 3593 days]. The most notable scandals took place after the matches "Metalist" - "Dynamo" (UPL 2008-09) and "Dnipro" - "Dynamo" (UPL 2009-10). He was known for his high percentage of issuing red cards and awarding penalties.
