Early Life and Education
Vitaliy Petrovich Zablotsky was born on March 14, 1960, in the Donbas region of Ukraine. In 1973, his family relocated to Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, where he completed his secondary education and began working at the Berdyansk glass fiber plant.
Zablotsky pursued his higher education at Donetsk State University, graduating in 1983 with a degree in history. During his university years, he actively engaged in regional studies and archaeological research.
Military and Academic Career
After graduating, Zablotsky served in the military from November 1983 to June 1985. Upon completing his service, he worked as a history teacher for two years and subsequently as a university lecturer in Donetsk.
In 1990, Zablotsky earned a Candidate of Sciences degree in history with a dissertation on "V.V. Bervi-Flerovsky in the Russian Liberation Movement." In 2002, he defended his doctoral dissertation on "Contemporary Liberalism: Socio-Philosophical Analysis" at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, receiving a Doctor of Philosophy degree. He also holds the academic rank of professor (2006).
Scientific Contributions and International Collaboration
Zablotsky has authored approximately 200 scientific publications. He is a renowned scholar with extensive expertise in the field of philosophy. His contributions to international educational projects have furthered his international reputation.
