Early Life and Education
Stakhovskyi was born in Stakhanov (formerly Kadiivka), Luhansk Oblast, Ukraine. He graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Theater School and subsequently worked at the M. Gorky Dnipropetrovsk Academic Theater of Russian Drama. He later graduated from the Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv National University of Theater, Cinema and Television.
Acting Career
Since 1989, Stakhovskyi has been an actor at the Kyiv Drama and Comedy Theater on the Left Bank of the Dnieper. He gained fame after starring in the television series "Birthday of a Bourgeois." He has also appeared in numerous Ukrainian and Russian films.
Television and Games
From 2004, Stakhovskyi hosted several shows on the "Inter" television channel. He was also a frequent participant in the "Games of Patriots" intellectual game show.
