Early Career

Vladimir Korytko began his professional football journey in 1998 with Belarusian club Molodechno, featuring in 8 matches during his debut season. The following year, he joined Torpedo-MAZ, before moving to Slavia in 2001. After a short stint at Slavia, Korytko ventured abroad to Slovakian club Ruzomberok.

Club Career

Over the course of his career, Korytko represented numerous clubs across Belarus, Slovakia, Russia, and Ukraine. He made a significant impact at FC Chernomorets Odessa and FC Shinnik Yaroslavl, where he spent substantial portions of his playing days. In October 2014, Korytko parted ways with Shinnik, despite having a valid contract. After leaving Shinnik, he joined Arsenal Tula on loan on November 19, 2014.

After the 2014/15 season concluded, Korytko embarked on a search for a new club. He briefly trained with Belarusian First League side Isloch, before signing with Minsk Dynamo on July 11, 2015. Korytko made 6 appearances for Dynamo in the 2015/16 Europa League group stage.

An injury sidelined Korytko for the first half of the 2016 season, but upon his return, he regained his starting spot and became team captain. He extended his contract with Minsk in December, but departed as a free agent in February 2017. In March, Korytko announced his retirement from professional football.

International Career

Korytko represented the Belarus national team from 2002 to 2012, scoring 3 goals for his country.

Coaching Career

After retiring as a player, Korytko enrolled in the Higher School of Coaches ("A-UEFA") in 2017. He joined the coaching staff of Energetik-BGU in June, but left the team the following season. In 2018, Korytko took the helm of the youth team of FC Dynamo Moscow.

Under Korytko's guidance, the Dynamo youth squad achieved a record of 13 wins, 2 draws, and 7 losses, amassing a 62% win rate. They also boasted a goal difference of 43 scored and 24 conceded. In 2019, Korytko was appointed head coach of the Belarus U20 national team.

In 2020, Korytko obtained a coaching "PRO-UEFA" license from the Russian Football Union. The same year, he became a senior coach at the ABFF Football Academy.
