Vsevolod Korolyuk is a renowned rock musician hailing from Moldova, Russia, and the former Soviet Union. Born in Gindești, Moldova, to a Starover believer and a Moldavian mother, Korolyuk's musical journey began early.
Early Influences and Bands
Growing up as a member of the Komsomol (1970-1984), Korolyuk joined several bands that played a significant role in shaping his musical identity. He was a member of "Dniester Guitars" (Soroki), "Cordial" (Tiraspol), "Magistral" (Blagoveshchensk Philharmonic), and "Young Voices" (Tambov Philharmonic).
Breakthrough with "Kruiz" and Beyond
Korolyuk's career took a decisive turn when he joined the iconic Soviet rock band "Kruiz" and its spinoff "Krug." His versatility as a drummer and bassist earned him widespread recognition. Subsequently, he became a member of "Kovcheg" (1994-2003), collaborating with artists such as Anna "Umka" Gerasimova and the Ingush folk group "Loam."
