Education and Early Career

Dr. [Name] graduated from Yerevan Medical Institute in 1970. He served in the Soviet border troops from 1970 to 1972. From 1976 to 1979, he worked as the Chief Physician of the regional hospital in the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast (NKAO).
