Glenn Eller, born on January 6, 1982, is an American trap and skeet shooter who has represented the United States in the 2008 Summer Olympics. His passion for shooting began at a young age when his father took him on a duck hunting trip. By the age of four, Eller had already mastered the basics of handling a rifle.

Education and Military Service

Eller earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Park College in Missouri. In 1998, he joined the U.S. Army and served in the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit.

Shooting Career

Throughout his career, Eller has competed in numerous events, including the Peru World Championships, Cyprus World Cup, Egypt World Championships, Finland World Championships, Cyprus World Championships, Australian Open Champion, U.S. National Championships, World Champion, Grand Barrage Champion, ESPN Great Outdoor Games, and many others. He has won multiple gold, silver, and bronze medals as a team member and captain.

Olympic Aspirations

Eller's ultimate goal is to win a medal, preferably gold, at the 2008 Summer Olympics in China. While aiming for the highest honor, he continues to train relentlessly to showcase his exceptional shooting skills.

Personal Life and Community Involvement

In July 2007, Eller married and later welcomed a daughter. He dedicates his spare time to his family and community, serving as a volunteer shooting coach at the Summit High School Hall. His professionalism and expertise attract young individuals eager to learn the art of precision shooting.
