Early Career

Wissam Ben Yedder, a French footballer of Tunisian descent, began his football journey at the youth academies of FC Garges Les Gonesse and CS Saint-Denis. In 2009, he joined US Alfortville, where he made 23 appearances and scored 9 goals in the Championnat de France Amateur.

Ligue 1 Beginnings

Ben Yedder's breakthrough came in 2010 when he signed for Toulouse FC. He made his Ligue 1 debut on October 16, 2010, against Paris Saint-Germain. On April 21, 2012, he netted his maiden goal for Toulouse, chipping the ball over the goalkeeper in a match against Evian.

Scoring Prowess at Toulouse

The 2012/13 season proved incredibly fruitful for Ben Yedder. He netted 7 goals in the first 10 rounds, placing him second in the Ligue 1 scoring charts behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Transfer to Sevilla

On July 30, 2016, it was announced that Ben Yedder had joined Sevilla FC. He made an immediate impact, scoring in his debut match against Espanyol, which Sevilla won 6-4.

International Career

Ben Yedder represented France at the under-21 level, playing three matches in 2012. He featured in the qualifying campaign for the 2013 European Championship.
