Serhiy Ostapenko was born on November 3, 1975, in the urban settlement of Novotroitske, Ukraine. He graduated from the acting department of the Dnipropetrovsk Theater and Art College in 1999.

Career at the Odessa Musical and Drama Theater

Since 1999, Ostapenko has been a member of the Vasyl Vaskylko Odessa Musical and Drama Theater. He has earned recognition as a Honored Artist of Ukraine.
