Early Life and Club Career
Moussa Boudibouda En-Nesyri is a Moroccan professional footballer who represents both Malaga and the Morocco national team as a forward. Raised in the Mohamed VI Football Academy in Morocco, he moved to Malaga in 2015 for a fee of €125,000 and spent his first season with their academy team.
Rise to the Reserves
En-Nesyri's talent shone through as he was promoted to Malaga's reserve team, Atletico Malagueno, at the end of the 2015/16 season. In five appearances, he showcased his prowess with four goals to his name.
Pre-Season Promise
Under the guidance of manager Juan de Ramos, En-Nesyri was included in the first-team squad for pre-season preparations in July 2016. In a friendly against Algeciras, he notched up a brace, adding to his pre-season tally of six goals.
La Liga Debut and Contract Extension
Recognizing his potential, Malaga rewarded En-Nesyri with a contract extension to 2020 on August 23, 2016. A few days later, he made his La Liga debut against Espanyol, coming off the bench to replace Keco in the 77th minute.
