In September 2019, Yulia Paliychuk became the Press Secretary of the "Servant of the People" parliamentary faction in Ukraine. Since then, she has also served as the faction's representative in parliament.
Journalism Career
Paliychuk began her journalism career in 2007 as a correspondent for "Gazeta 24." She went on to work as a parliamentary correspondent for several prominent Ukrainian publications and media outlets, including MIGnews (2009-2015), RBC-Ukraine (2010-2012), and "FOKUS" (2013).
In 2013, she joined the magazine "Esquire," where she wrote the popular column "Secret Agent in the Verkhovna Rada." In 2015, she decided to focus on entrepreneurship and left her journalism career.
Entrepreneurial Success
In 2015, Paliychuk founded the women's clothing brand PALIYCHUK. She established her own production facility, distribution network, and opened her own retail store in a shopping mall in Kyiv.
In 2019, she made the decision to close her business venture and join the team of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Political Career
In July 2019, Paliychuk ran as a candidate for the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament) on the "Servant of the People" party list. In 2020, she ran for the Kyiv City Council as the party's candidate in the 6th electoral district.
Since May 2021, she has been a member of the Political Council of the Kyiv City Organization of the "Servant of the People" party.
Family and Personal Life
Yulia Paliychuk is married to Yuriy Paliychuk, a political consultant. They have a son, Tadey, who was born in 2015.
