Early Life and Education

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan was born in 1966. He earned a degree in international economic relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1990. Subsequently, he completed a master's degree in Western European politics from the University of Manchester, Victoria in 1991.

Diplomatic Career

- Held positions as Third and Second Secretary in the Europe Department of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
