Biography of Eddie van den Krommenacker
Eddie van den Krommenacker is a Dutch fashion designer who is renowned for his talent in the fashion industry. Many celebrities have praised his designs, including Ruud van Nistelrooy, who wore one of Eddie's dresses for his wedding. Eddie's creations have also been worn by Dutch Oscar nominees at the prestigious awards ceremony, as well as by Glennis Grace, who represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005.

Early Career
Eddie's fashion career began in 1970 when he worked as a salesperson at the boutique 'Tik Tak', selling clothing from luxury labels such as Gucci, Versace, Ralph Lauren, and Dolce & Gabbana. In 1980, he opened his own clothing store, where he continued to sell high-end fashion.

Entry into Design
In 2002, Eddie ventured into fashion design and showcased his first creations at the Beaumonde Fashion Awards. Just a year later, he released his first couture collection, marking the beginning of his annual collection releases. Eddie's designs have been worn by numerous celebrities, including the bride of Ruud van Nistelrooy, Dutch Oscar nominees, and Glennis Grace. His dresses have graced many red carpets around the world and have gained immense popularity in the Netherlands.
Collaboration with Italian Studios
All of Eddie's collections are made in Italy, with the assistance of studios that also work for renowned designers such as Calvin Klein, Roberto Cavalli, Armani, and Gianfranco Ferre. In 2007, Eddie was invited to showcase his collection at the Haute Couture Fashion Week in Rome, under the auspices of 'Altamoda'. In September of the same year, he received the Italian 'Look of the Year' award for being the best foreign participant.
Recognition and Awards
Eddie received his first Dutch award, the 'Society Award', in December 2008, presented to him by Dutch actress Jette van der Meij. In September 2007, he introduced his first ready-to-wear collection, which is now sold in top fashion stores worldwide, including Switzerland, Germany, and Russia. In 2009, Eddie showcased his collection at Amsterdam Fashion Week and had the opportunity to create another wedding dress, this time for Truus van Gaal, the wife of football coach Louis van Gaal.
