Early Life and Education
Yevhenii Kabanov graduated from Zaporizhzhia Medical Institute as a psychotherapist. He later earned a second degree in finance from Zaporizhzhia National University. Additionally, he studied psychotherapy at the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University.
Career as a Psychotherapist and Trainer
Kabanov worked as a child psychotherapist and served as a trainer in the field of neuro-linguistic programming from 2000 to 2008. He also held a training position at "Modern Psychotechnologies" from 2002 to 2008.

Kabanov is a co-founder of the companies RIF LLC and LAGUNA-K LLC.Screenwriting and Political Involvement
Kabanov is a screenwriter for the comedy troupe Studio "Kvartal 95." During the 2019 presidential election, he worked in the creative team for candidate Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Kabanov ran as a parliamentary candidate for the "Servant of the People" party in the 2019 parliamentary election and was elected to the Verkhovna Rada. He is a member of the Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy and the Ukrainian part of the interparliamentary assembly between Ukraine and Lithuania.
