Biography of Alisa Drei
Alisa Drei is a Finnish figure skater who competed in the singles category. She was born on February 28, 1978, in Moscow. Currently, she resides in Riihimäki, Finland.
Early Life and Career
Drei started figure skating at the age of three and trained under Tatiana Tarasova and Zhanna Gromova. In her later years, her mother, Elena Drei-Koskinen, became her coach. However, in December 2007, Alisa Drei announced her retirement from competitive skating due to an injury.
Education and Coaching
After retiring from competitive skating, Drei pursued higher education in sports psychology at the St. Petersburg State University of Physical Education. Since 2008, she has been working as a coach for young figure skaters in Espoo.
Alisa Drei's dedication to the sport and her transition to coaching have allowed her to continue contributing to the figure skating community even after the end of her competitive career.
