Early Life and Education
Pavlo Fedorovich Kachur was born on February 12, 1947, in the village of Bazaliyivka, Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv Oblast. He completed his primary education at the Bazaliyivka eight-year school in 1962. Subsequently, he enrolled at the Karachevsky Agricultural College, graduating as an agricultural engineer. In 1977, he obtained his degree in agronomy from the Kharkiv Agricultural Institute named after V. Dokuchaev.
Military Service and Early Career
From 1967 to 1968, Pavlo Kachur served in the Soviet Army as a private in VSO-542 in Moscow. Following his military service, he worked as an agricultural engineer from 1969 to 1977. In 1977, he was elected chairman of the "Novyi Put" collective farm in the village of Cherneshtyna, Borivskyi district, Kharkiv Oblast.
Leadership of "Agrofirma Novyi Put"
In 2000, Pavlo Kachur became the director of "Agrofirma Novyi Put," a closed joint-stock company. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth and success in agricultural production and innovation. In 2010, he was appointed as an advisor to the Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration on issues related to agro-industrial development.

Pavlo Kachur is a renowned figure in the field of agricultural engineering. He has received numerous honors and distinctions for his contributions, including:
